Our ultimate aim is to produce zero defect product.
The Quality Control department is part of Quality Assurance department. It is headed by a Quality Control manager, who performs three step testing. The major activities of the quality control department are:
Sampling of raw materials & packaging material under RLAF for active and excipients separately.
Testing of raw and packaging materials as per respective SOPs.
Testing of in-process samples as per respective SOPs.
Testing of finished goods as per respective SOPs.
Carrying out stability studies as per respective SOPs.
Testing of water as per respective SOPs.
We also have STPs of raw materials and finished products.
Maintenance of control samples.
Testing for sterility in micro lab.
